Upon arrival at Chung King Mansion, we strongly advise guests to head directly to Flat A7, Floor 11, Block A and ignore the salespeople around the property. Please reconfirm the address and property name at the front desk upon arrival. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the property's policy.

For bookings made using another cardholder's credit card (third party credit card), kindly provide the following details to New International Guest House either by using the Comments Box during the booking process or by using the contact details found in the booking confirmation email.

Credit cardholder's:

1. Full name as written on credit card

2. Contact telephone number

3. Contact email address

New International Guest House will then contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform New International Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
